Sheryl has been involved in the real estate industry since 2003. Her work with the property management division of Lochore’s has given her an in-depth knowledge in this area which she brought to her new role at the body corporate division in 2012. Her personal experience both as a tenant and as a landlord has provided additional insights into the property industry.

Sheryl is at the hub of our operation. She pays accounts, types the owners’ committee minutes, manages Garry’s diary, arranges meetings and runs the database system. Her familiarity with our team of contractors and her acquaintance with many of the building owners mean she can promptly address queries and co-ordinate maintenance issues as they arise.
