Lochore’s Real Estate has always been a family business with strong family values. Paul Lochore took over the company from his father 43 years ago and moved it from Wellington to Auckland. Lochore’s became a member of the Professionals group in 1985 and today it is a thriving business with 53 staff. Although Paul Lochore remains the company’s Managing Director, day-to-day management is now handled by his daughter Barbara Lochore-Gemmell, recently appointed General Manager and the third generation to head the company.
