Property Management

Our Property Managers provide a valuable service to our Tenants and Investors. Your role will include property inspections, rent arrears, organising maintenance and repairs with landlords and tradesmen, tenancy tribunal mediations, attendance to hearings, evictions and landlord statements.

Previous experience will be an advantage, along with good administration and people skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Residential Letting Agent

These full-time sales positions offer plenty of variety. You’ll be cold calling for new properties to rent, qualifying suitable tenants and locating their new homes, and dealing with associated tenancy agreement paperwork.

Working alongside one of our Property Managers, you’ll need to be able to assess people quickly without being judgmental and have some experience in both sales and administration.
