Charles Atkins has been in the real estate business for over 12 years and quickly achieved sales figures that placed him in the top 10% of the Professionals Real Estate group.  Having come from a background in radio marketing, Charles has fine-tuned the art of marketing ideas and concepts.

Chris Gemmell Chris's incredible achievements are built on a solid professional base, for he has been involved in the Property Industry for over 20 years, since leaving Rangitoto college and graduating from Lincoln University with a Valuation and Property Management Degree.   He is a Registered Valuer, having previously valued residential property for Darroch's on the North Shore, as well as gaining international property management experience in the U.K. and more recently as National Property Manager for Clear Communications, being instrumental in the design-build and relocating 1,000 staff to the building on Smale's Farm in Takapuna.  He has recently become an Associate of the Real Estate Industry in 2004, having the ability to not only proficiently sell but also to manage a real estate agency business in the future.  Email: chris.gemmell@lochores.co.nz or phone: 0274 928110
