Building on our success

Lochores Real Estate has always been a family business with strong family values. Paul Lochore took over the company from his father over 45 years ago and moved it from Wellington to Auckland. Lochores became a member of the Professionals group in 1985 and today it is a thriving business with 53 staff. Although Paul Lochore remains the company's Managing Director, day-to-day management is now handled by his daughter Barbara Lochore-Gemmell, General Manager and the third generation to head the company.

Supporting our community

As part of our commitment to the community we are proud to support the Child Cancer Foundation in New Zealand as well as other local initiatives.
