Chris has a valuation and property management degree and a post-graduate diploma from Lincoln University. As a qualified Registered Valuer (now non-practising) he gained vital experience valuing residential, commercial and investment properties all over the North Shore, working for the well-respected Darroch & Co. He also gained valuable international portfolio management experience in the UK and was CLEAR Communications’ National Property, Facilities and Administration Manager. As a senior member of the investment team at Lochore’s, who has personally experienced being an active property investor for over 25 years, he has the ability to ‘walk the talk’ in this specialised real estate field.
