How we work for you
Our experienced and motivated agents are dedicated to working closely with you to understand your needs and help you achieve your real estate goals. By working as a team, we achieve more. The sales team meets three times a week to brainstorm ideas and share information. Other agents will also bring buyers to see your property and your agent will stay in touch with you to keep you updated every step of the way.

Building on our success
Lochore's Real Estate has always been a family business with strong family values. Paul Lochore took over the company from his father 43 years ago and moved it from Wellington to Auckland. Lochore's became a member of the Professionals group in 1985 and today it is a thriving business with 53 staff. Although Paul Lochore remains the company's Managing Director, day-to-day management is now handled by his daughter Barbara Lochore-Gemmell, recently appointed General Manager and the third generation to head the company.
